Hello Upwork Community,

I’m seeking advice on how to improve my Upwork profile rating and reviews. I've completed work for two client contracts that resulted in poor ratings and reviews. Additionally, I have two pending contracts: one where the work is already completed, and the other is still in progress.

What steps can I take to enhance my profile’s rating and reviews moving forward?

I think the changes to your profile look okay. As stated in the first review on July 25, 2024, your overview/summary is extremely long and most clients will never read it all. I recommend removing redundant or similar content to reduce the size to no more than 5 or 6 paragraphs.

Right now, your profile does not show a Job Success Score (JSS). Once you get a JSS, the only way to ensure your JSS remains high is to provide exceptional service to your clients. In turn, your clients will hopefully provide the highest public and private ratings.

Thanks for the comment. Based on your review to optimize my profile, I will change my title, remove the emoji, set my hourly rate to $24.00/hr, and shorten the summary instead of having a long description.
