I think you can optimize the beginning of your overview/summary by removing the emojis and placing relevant content in a paragraph. When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space. You should avoid filling this space with emojis or any unnecessary information.
I also recommend using an even number hourly rate that ends in .00. Round numbers are usually perceived as clearer and easily understandable by consumers/clients. I believe $26.00/hr will be more appealing to clients, and recognized as more trustworthy.
I doubt either of these changes will affect your ranking in search results, but they could make your profile more appealing to clients when they see your profile summary in search results and their Invite Freelancers list.
Many freelancers--even Expert-Vetted, Top-Rated Plus--are experiencing the same declines in invitations, proposals views, and profile views. This has been happening for over a year now, and the issue is not likely related to the information in your profile. Competition, market fluctuations, and changes in Upwork's algorithm are the most likely reasons you are seeing fewer or no invites and profile views.
