Hi Sherly,

I think your profile looks good, but there are a few things I would add or update:

Overview/Summary: Your summary starts nicely, but I think you should extend your list of services. While specializing in social media management, email, and scheduling, the term "admin tasks" is broad, and not all VAs provide the same services. I would give specific examples like:

Are you looking for a reliable virtual assistant? I'm Sherly, a virtual assistant specializing in social media management, email, scheduling, and admin tasks such as answering and making phone calls, responding to chat inquiries, using your CRM to manage customer relationships, coordinating business events and calendars, document/spreadsheet creation, and more. You can rely on me to successfully manage your day-to-day tasks.

This is just a suggestion. There are hundreds of thousands of virtual assistants on Upwork and clients need to have several reasons to choose you. If clients have an idea of your specific services (examples) it might convince them to hire you. Even if you don't add specific examples, your summary is concise and sounds good.

Portfolio: The items in your portfolio look great, but I would add one or two more. Maybe a few screenshots from Trello, Asana or Monday?

Employment History: Add short job descriptions to each job in your employment history; especially any virtual assistance related jobs. A job description is especially important when the job is highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork. Upwork uses keywords in job titles and descriptions to match you with relevant jobs.

Project Catalog: You should also consider adding a project catalog. The project catalog allows you to setup a pre-packaged service that clients can buy without you sending a proposal. Due to higher than usual requests for project catalogs, reviews and approvals are taking a minimum of 10 business days. Read Get Started With Project Catalog for more information.

Everything else looks good.

Good luck!

Hi Clark,

Thank you for your insightful suggestions! I've already updated my profile summary to include specific examples of the services I offer, as you recommended. Additionally, I've added screenshots from Trello and Asana to my portfolio to better showcase my skills.

As for my work history, I've included short job descriptions for each relevant role, as you suggested.

Regarding the project catalog, I'm currently in the process of preparing it. I appreciate your reminder and will make sure to complete it soon.

Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback. I'm committed to continuously improving my profile to better serve my clients.

Best regards,
