I am writing to inquire about an issue I’ve encountered with my account. I recently received the Top Rated badge, which I am thrilled about, but I’ve noticed that I am still not receiving invitations to job opportunities. Additionally, it appears that my proposals may not be getting the attention they deserve.

Could you please check if there are any issues with my account or if there’s anything I might need to address to ensure that my profile and proposals are being properly reviewed?

However, I can tell you that having a Top-Rated badge does not guarantee attention, views, or invitations. Competition among graphic designers is very high on Upwork, so clients may or may not view proposals.

Many freelancers--even Expert-Vetted, Top-Rated Plus, and Top-Rated freelancers--are struggling to find jobs these days. Invitations, proposals views, and profile views have declined or completely disappeared for many freelancers. The issue is not related to the information in your profile; but more related to competition, market fluctuations, and changes across the platform.
