Here are a few suggestions to improve your profile:

 

Title: Capitalize the first letter of each word in your title; this will help it stand out: Amazon Virtual Assistant | Digital Marketer. However, I recommend using only related skill categories in your title. WordPress web design is not related to Amazon virtual assistance, so you should setup a Specialized Profile that focuses on WordPress or completely unrelated services. Having a specialized profile can help increase a freelancer's searchability.

 

Overview/Summary: Remove the following from your summary:

 

"hello there!"

"I am a professional and experienced freelancer."

 

When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space. Avoid wasting space with greetings and unnecessary text that bring no value to clients.

 

Next, use your summary to tell clients which services you provide (you have already done this); your experience as an Amazon VA; how you can help clients and solve problems as as an Amazon VA; and any other information that helps clients see the value in hiring you. For example:

  • Tell clients how you communicate and gather feedback when working with them.
  • Since a Amazon VA is a project, mention your time management and organizational skills.
  • Highlight any Amazon VA services you have worked on for other clients/businesses and your accomplishments.
  • Talk about your ability to meet business challenges and adapt to changing or new requirements if necessary.

Clients need more than just skills to choose you; they need other reasons, and the information you provide can help them better understand why they should hire you and how it will benefit them.

 

Employment History: Capitalize the first letter of each word in your job titles. Then, add short job descriptions to each job. A job description is especially important when the job is highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork. Upwork uses keywords in job titles and descriptions to match you with relevant jobs.

 

Your portfolio, skills, certifications, and project catalog look good.

hey 

thank you so much for your time. you cleared all my mistakes but I am a little confused as you said " I recommend using only related skill categories in your title.
