Upwork site not working.  It keeps telling me I don't have permission to do things because I am not a freelancer - when clearly I am.  I tried logging out, logging back in, clearing cache and using another device.  Then I got a 500 n error.  I am assuming the site is down?  I am unable to access anything on upwork including messages, active job offers etc...  Very frustrating as clients are expecting responses in a timely manner.  Then, I randomly got a "welcome to upwork" email - which is also odd, since I am not a new member.  I keep trying to contact customer support, but it keeps directing me here to the forum....help!
