Issue with Agency Memberships

Some users are experiencing issues with upgrading their Agency membership. 

 

Error: 

"Failed to load the current subscription details. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support."

Hi, I've added all the data on Tax, but having the same problem. 

"Failed to load the current subscription details. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support."

Hello, I am also having the same problem getting an error message: "Failed to load the current subscription details. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support." Please help resolve this. I tried sending a message to customer support but the bot just keeps giving me the community link, which is not helpful.

I believe the problem occurs when you have both Agency account and Member account within the same subscription and you have not used it for long. So, you can try by setting your individual membership plan and once you save the changes the problem should be resolved automatically.
