Issue with Identity verification process. Error: "We didn't receive your information yet"

Some users may experience issues with completing the Identity verification process. Screenshot of the error message below.

We would like to let you know that our engineers are aware of this issue and they are working as fast as possible to resolve it. We will update this thread once we have more information.

Tried multiple times to verify my Identity but it doesn't work. Can you help please?

after submitting goverment ID(visual selfie indenity already confirmed) it says leaving page and changes may not be saved...on chrome

I have tried to use the QR code to verify my identity many times but every time it says to retry because it hasnt recieved my information yet.  I have tried this with my passport and my ID, each time I was able to take pictures without issues, but the sending of the information is where the process fails. My wifi was fine during this process and I have also tried to do this yesterday.
My account is suspended from applying for new jobs so this is a big issue for me right now.

I am facing the same problem. Tried it several times on desktop (edge browser) I have perfectly fine internet connection.

Yes yes. The issue is not weak wifi  or desktop view or tablet. It seems to be something else.
