Issue with Identity verification process. Error: "We didn't receive your information yet"

Some users may experience issues with completing the Identity verification process. Screenshot of the error message below.

Hi 

 

I'm currently facing an issue on my account when i try to bid upwork shows 

 

Action required: Verify your identity to continue winning jobs on Upwork. Verify your identity.

 

I tried many times but upwork show retry submitting can anyone please help me why this is happening and how do i fix it.

Upwork asked me to verify my identity but when I try to do so it tells me that they didn't receive my information and now my account is suspended

There's nothing wrong with my internet connection but it says "we didnt receive your information yet" ,"did you lose your internet connection?" This needs to be fixed so I can work and receive my payments. Please support team, reply with a solution and don't leave your freelancers in the dark.

I tried again today and it worked. After uploading my ID and a selfie, it said, "We've started a manual review."

 

But after a few minutes, I received this email:
