Issue with Portfolio images and information

Esteamed Upwork team,


Please help, I have spent hours building my portfolio, and today I tried to do some editing and add more images only to see they are not showing when I open portfolio project pages, in edit mode or draft, or in the public view.

 

I hope it is not a big issue and that it will be solved soon.

I had completed my potfolio details in full however now I went to check my portfolio details and it was not there I already added them in my cover letters however if the portolio details have been erased all that connects spend on that jobs will go to waste please assist asap

Could be but 2 of my portfolios are showing its only the other 9 that are not showing that I used recently

I try to upload my portfolio projects. So I upload and save images, videos, information etc. But when I close the page its delete itself somehow. I try multiple way to solve the problem. like using safari, google chrome, diffrent format images, diffrent sizes... but nothing helps... I need technical support....

Me too and the skill section > all keywords are now cleared for all portfolio items.
