Issue with downloading Time Tracker App.

Some users may experience issues with downloading Time Tracker App from our page. You may be unable to see dropdown section.

We would like to let you know that our engineers are aware of this issue and they are working as fast as possible to resolve this. 

Until this is resolved we would like to share a workaround that will help you get the Time Tracker app. You may use the direct links below to download the app for each OS. 

 

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding while this is being resolved.

Hi Ahmed,

 

I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with the download process. I understand how frustrating this can be. Could you please try again after clearing Cookies and Cache on your browser? You can also try using a different browser. Feel free to message us if problems persist.

I have tried all available solutions ( changing browers , VPN , Incognito mode even i have reinstall my windows ) but unfortunattely all of those were useless .  The download button doesnt exist

Edit: using a VPN was working, so it must be CDN problem, im located in Egypt.

Hi Adel,

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading the Desktop App. Please know this is a known issue that's currently being worked on. Can you please follow the steps listed here as a workaround? We appreciate your patience!

Hi Mahmoud, If this still doesn't work for you, please delete your browser's case memory or cookies, and reset your PC. After that try to download. If this solution does not come after this or if you face the same problem, then use another browser and you will see the problem is solved. I hope,

I cant download the Upwork Time Tracker. I have to work urjently Can you please help me? The download button appears but didnt download and I have double check if I have any older versoin of it
