I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading the Desktop App. Our engineers are aware of this issue and it's currently being worked on. Can you please follow the steps listed here as a workaround?

Also, what promo code are you referring to? Can you share a screengrab of what you see so we can better assist you?

Use JPEG or PNG images that are under 10 MB. Use images with a 4:3 aspect ratio and no larger than 4000 pixels, in width or height. Make sure your image looks sharp at a ratio of 1000x750 pixels. (That's how it will appear in Project Catalog.)

Unable to clock in time with the time tracker

Hi there, when I click on the time tracker it launches this URL:    

And all i see is a blank screen after that.

Does this means it will only work via the app?

My employer is requiring me to use it, adding time manually is working fine (thankfully), but would apprecieate any input on getting the time tracker to operate properly from a desktop environment.

I am having issues when I try to open the app. I have already uninstalled, reinstalled. Then cleared all of my cache. 

I need the app ASAP.

When going to the download page for the Upwork Desktop App, the download wouldn't start when selecting any of the versions.

I couldn't get the download to start on Chrome and Firefox (Incognito mode was suggested, didn't help).

I looked into the page source at https://www.upwork.com/ab/downloads

and found entries for

Then just open that JSON and you'll find the direct download link in the "Prod" section, for me that was

go to that address and the download will start.
