Issue with maximum number of skill tags users can add

Some users may experience issues with adding Skill tags to their profiles. You should be able to add a maximum of 15 skill tags to your profile.

In my skill section, I can not add 15 skills. But a few days ago, the limit was 15.

It appears that the maximum is now 10 skills:

I have not seen an announcement yet.

Can an Upwork Moderator please confirm that 10 skills is now the maximum in our skills categories, and if an announcement is forthcoming?

But, but, but...how can this be? I am constantly receiving messages from Upwork to add skills, like marketing, SEO, and other, totally non-relative "skills."
