Issues adding payment method or processing payments

Hi, my payment method keeps getting rejected and my payments are being sent back to my upwork account -$0.99 each time (I have tried withdrawing funds 5 different times). The reason for rejection is invalid account number. However, I have been using this account number for over a year and I've had no issues withdrawing funds from upwork until now.

I have checked with my bank and I've been told my account is still active.
