Issues with Hiring/Making payments

Hello,

 

I received the same error when trying to hire a freelancer just now. I tried with multiple cards and received the error message "We were unable to collect the payment method. However, my account was debited AND the freelancer is not showing hired, nothing is showing in my hires/contracts on Upwork.

 

I am also concerned that I may be charged for the first milestone multiple times, considering I tried several times and was already charged once.

 

It's been 24 hours since I created the ticket and the status says it's open, and I'm still without a solution.

Dear, I have an issue about connections. I have only 1 number connection
but upwork needs min 8 to 12 for .
I tried to mail for more contacts to avail my new projects for my earnings
but all is zero.

I am also concerned that upwork will not help me with my contacts. and
that's why i will avail any project. If I will make a profit for myself
from upwork. Then automatically upwork will get profit.
