Issues with Submitting Proposals and Purchasing Connects

Some users may experience issues submitting proposals and purchasing Connects. Freelancers may see errors about being unable to save the application and not having enough Connects to apply. 

 

Error message: "Failed to load the current subscription details. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support."

Hello upworkers.

 

I can't see my rest connects and also can't buy new connects, too.

Is there anyone that has the same issue?

Hi! I have the same and getting this : Failed to load the current subscription details. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support. I had more then 200 connects, now it is 0.  But it is impossible to push customer support robot even to understand this issue!!! Nice new jock : make connects so valuable and start to have this bug.

Hi, I seem to have the same issue I get this message when I click on my connects to try to by more: Failed to load the current subscription details. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support. And also Sorry, you don't have enough privileges to manage the agency membership. also, my connect count is not showing at all, if anybody can help I'd appreciate it!

i have applied for just  jobs .. i have 50 connects and it all gone . now i have no connect how is it possible it jut 2 jobs i need help

Yes, i'm facing the same. Whenever you experience any glicthes please do visit:  https://status.upwork.com/ & check if they've identified this issue. They're already working on it.

I go to a membership & connects tab, but it appear with "Sorry, you don't have enough privileges to manage the freelancer membership". Also, i have a "Failed to load the current subscription details" on top. An hour before, my last 9 connects disappeared, while i submitting a proposal. It seems like i can't buy some due to this issue.
