Payment Confirmation Email not Received - April 26

We are investigating reports of issues receiving confirmation emails after manual payment withdrawals. In most cases, we see that the withdrawal is successful despite the freelancer not receiving the email. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

This issue is now resolved. We want to share, however, that the emails cannot be resent. That said, please refer to this page and check article specific to the payment method you are using and kindly monitor your bank accounts for the transaction to reflect within these timelines. If the transaction still hasn't been reflected on your account after eight business days, let us know, and we will assist you further. Please also note that bank holidays in the U.S. and your location may affect these withdrawals.

The issue on my end still remains the same. I still haven't receive the email notification as well as the payment on my bank. Yes transaction history shows the record of withdrawal on upwork but the payment was still not credited. I usually received payment for my withdrawal within the day as I am requesting it in the morning.

Hi this happen to me too and worse is no emails at all i did ask the support and they say there really is an issue with their email notifications now, and yet funds hasnt been reflecting in my bank until now.

I already Withdraw my payment earlier. but i still did not receive any email and when i look in my Transaction History it's still pending. I have never experienced this before. What happened?

Hello there,

I was able to withdraw my available pay on April 26, 2023. But, I have not received an email confirmation about said withdrawal. And worst, until now the amount has not yet been reflected in my bank account.
