Reports > Overview not showing correct information

We are investigating an issue impacting some users which is causing the Overview page on Freelancer accounts to show incomplete information. No action is required by customers at this time as our engineering team actively works to resolve this issue. We will provide another update as soon as possible.

Please know that this issue is now resolved. For those who have open tickets, you should have received an update on your ticket. If you continue experiencing the problem, please try basic troubleshooting steps such as clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If after doing these steps the issue persists, please create a separate post or contact the Customer Support Team directly so that you can be assisted further.

Same here. Must be a hiccup. All my open jobs are showing under "my jobs" tab, and hours can still be logged. Oddly, my one milestone jobs still shows, just the hourly that's missing.

Same. Work-in-Progress and in-review both disappear.

Hello Upwork team,

 

Please help me. Work in Progress and In review are showing ZERO for everything. In review (Dated Aug 28 to Sept 3) I worked for 40 hours. Please see attached photo for reference. I earned around $160 for that. Yesterday it is there. But when I checked now. It is zero. Same with "Work in progress" I am currently working now. But the 4.50 hours I did from now is not showing.

 

SOLUTION I DID:

Logged out and back in - Still did not fixed

Clear the cookies and Cache - Still did not fixed

Restarted my PC - Still did not fixed.

 

Can you please help me? I am so worried.
I attached some photo for reference.

I managed to get mine back. Thanks to whoever alerted me to look under My Jobs.  A bit scary working one's butt off for the day and then finding nothing in the pot.
