Users unable to complete profile creation process

Some freelancers may experience issues with completing the profile creation process.

Trying to move past Step 7 of the Setup your Profile as a freelancer.  This is what I see:

Hii,

I have been trying to paste a linked Profile  for my client's testimonial without any success.

I have tried severally but every time it's writing Invalid.

Can somebody assist me with it.

I am unable to receive the verification text when creating my profile and it does not allow me to move forward from there. This has been happening for over a week and I thought it was my phone service but after doing a bunch of troubleshooting with my provider and seeing this thread I realize its your system. Please advise, thanks!

Hello,
Sorry about your predicament.
Can you please try using a different device e.g a different handset ,laptop
or desktop?
You can also try checking the Gmail server if by any chance it's down.
If both options don't work,please feel free to let us know.

I have tried to complete my profile but if I complete something it doesn't even consider that I did it and it says I have to set it up again

Kindly confirm and make sure that all the necessary fields are completed
accordingly and your attachments( if any) are also well placed,then click
Review application at the bottom of the page.
If you still encounter the same issue,please let us know as soon as
