For several days now, when I try to login, it displays this message:




Looks like your request could not be completed. Please try again.


Has anyone else experienced this?

Reinstall your app again and then failed download a new one and try to log in. Hope problem will be solved.

Hi, I had problem with login Upwork track app, i just download and try install but got "unlock your account" message, How i can resolve this problem Thanks

Does anyone know what to do, I download the app and I tried signing in but it still wouldn't work. Its my account name and password and it works fine, but when I type it in the app it says " Please use main site to login in and unlock your account." what does that mean?.

Hi Sheamar - Turns out, you probably have an account problem our Customer Service group will help you out with 


Can you go to and create a ticket for the CS team so they can help unlock your account?

I am experiencing same problem as above. I can log into the website fine. But the app is giving me the "Oops..." error. I have deleted the app and re downloaded to no avail.
