Hello. My card is not accepted. Workers of the branch say that there should not be any problems. Can you help me?

Are you trying to add a credit card to upgrade your Membership? Unfortunately it looks like your bank keeps rejecting Upwork's request for authorisation and the card can't be added. If you are looking into ways to add a withdrawal method, please check this help article.
