2 accounts of mi

Hi, 

I am new to upwork as freelancer.

I had another account of upwork which i used as a client account. and added a freelancer account too but that freelancer account got rejected.

I creatd another account from upwork other different email as freelancer and that is approved.

I want to know that is it safe under upwork policies to use 2 accounts. As I will be using one email id account for client and another one for freelancer purpose.
