2-step verification code not received

I've tried to add my mobile number for 2-step verification and exceeded the limit and still not received the code and i've waited around 20hours but still no success as i am new here please advice how to register for 2-step verification if you don't receive the code!

I have the same issue, I can not make a post of a job offer because my number is not verified. However, I am not receiving the verification code, and when I try again, it says "Verification limit has exceeded". Can you help me?
