Of course not. (Other than suffering from severe sleep deprivation....)

I can't think of a single benefit and I don't know why there would be any.

I can think of plenty of detriments, however.

The shadow people are real after about 4-5 days of no sleep, so if you like to see things and talk to your furniture, there is the benefit.
