In need of some advice ....
I completed a job for a client and in a private message, the client gave me great feedback and stated that they want to hire me for ungoing work.
However, they have not left me any feedback for the first job that I completed, which was well done.
What should I do?
I am hesitant to take on more work from them because "no feedback given" will affect my job success score.
But I enjoyed the work and would like to keep working with them.
Any advice woud be helpful. Should I reach out to them? What should I say?

No, it won't.
There is no need to ever ask for feedback, just encourage the client to close the contract, which guarantees you feedback.
Provided money was at some point paid, occasional contracts that end without feedback are absolutely no problem at all.
You can also use an existing contract and just ask the client to create further milestones. There is no need for any angst at all.
