3 Weeks with No Profile Approval

I have registered as a freelancer more than 3 weeks ago. After waiting a week I posted my problem here. I received a reply from Anna Liza M. from Upwork Support, telling me I don't need to provide extra information (complete mail is at the end of this post). My profile still isn't approved, I didn't get any notifications. Can someone please help me ?? Either approve my profile or tell me what is wrong with it.

Hi Ahmet,

Could you please start typing the name of your city in the field using English characters? It should still show up in the drop down for you to select.
