403 Access Denied When Trying to Take Test

Yesterday (12/18/18 I tried to take two tests, and received a 403 Access Denied for both.  When I checked back, both of these tests were marked as having been taken.  I did not get access to either. I see that I am not the only one who had this problem yesterday.

The tests at issue were

English Spelling Test (U.S. Version)

U.S. English Punctuation and Mechanics Test

I would like the reset so that I can take them.  Thank You
