5-day waiting period

I have a fixed-priced milestone payment pending. Is the 5-day waiting period "calendar" or "business" days? I'm trying to determine when I can expect to have availability to my money.

The security period is counted as calendar days.

Client paid on 10th and 5 day waiting period elapsed today. Upwork hasn't released my money. What's happening?

Are you referring to the bonus payment? If so, it should be available for you tomorrow, on the 16th of September. You can check the Reports page for more information.
