I have tried to figure out if I need to pay US tax or file anything (dosen't seem like it)It is a bit hard to figure out and I thought you might know.I am living in the UK and I am a non-US resident with a non-US passport. I will not physically be working from the US.So do I have to pay US taxes working for a US client through Upwork?I assume I will have to pay the taxes as foreign income in the UK but my question is just if I need to pay US taxes if I am not American or physically working in the US.Or do I have to file a W8ECI

No, you don't. You simply have to complete the W8BEN form under tax info on your Settings page, that's all. You will have to include any Upwork earnings in your tax return in the UK though.
