Your profile says that you charge $100/hour, so you'll need to change that, since clients can easily hire freelancers with more experience than you have for less than $10/hour.

I also don't think that you should be offering Hindi to English translation, since clients will be able to see from your proposals and profile that you don't speak English well enough. Think of some services that you can do very well, and only offer those services.
