About submission of Upwork proposals

Hello! I would like to state that I have lot of experienced outside the Upwork, however now I am alos a member of Upwork community to serve as freelancer.  In this regard, I have observed that even having a vast experience in the relevant field there is to face difficulty to get the work through submission of proposals as rating of work will be earned after performing to clients.
