I want help with writing a letter.  I found the person on your web site.  I have chatted with her and she accepts my job but tells me I must accept her proposal before she can work on it.  How do I do this?

I have completed everything - chatted with freelance writer Only problem I
cant get to the point where I nake payment arrangements - finished all steps
and then cant click on the final one I just want to pay and be finished
with itl.

Please follow the instructions from the guides Vladimir shared in his post on how to hire the freelancer and pay them. 
You can also go to Messages > open the message room > and click on the Hire Freelancer hyperlink at the top left corner of the messages window. Thank you.
