Solved: Account Hold

Hi all,

My stats page showing one recent account hold. As far as terms and condition violation is concerned I don't think that I have violated any. Can someone please tell me the possible reason for this and its consequences.

Your account was suspended according to yourself.

The consequence is that you are barred from top rated status for three months from the date your suspension was lifted.

I wouldn't worry about it, you are so far away from becoming eligible for top rated status (you don't even have a JSS yet) that it won't make any difference.

If I have an account on hold will it decrease my JSS as well?
