Account Issue, need actual support

So last week I completed my profile. Had a picture and everything. I even was able to submit 2 proposals. Yet, today when I logged in, it took me to the "complete your profile" page as if it was never complete and won't let me go to the find work page. Now, I highly doubt this is something that the community can help me with, but if anybody knows of a way to contact a real support about this, that would be great because the bot is absolutely useless.
