Account Not Verifed

Few days ago I couldn't submitt aproposal, after seeking help I learnt that my account had been suspended and I was required to submitt some documents ,I did that but for the statement I was asked to send one with a postal address ,So I had to visit the nearest Bank Branch Yesterday for the Statement with a postal address which was the same as my profile ,I did that and submitted with the National ID as required and told to wait for 24hours for feedback.It has been over 24hours and I still can't submitt a proposal .Without any feedback of whether the documents are perfect or unacceptable ,I'm clueless of what to do now..please help me
