Hi Upwork Support,
I don't know if it is the right place to ask this question but I am actually quite worried at this point.
Couple of minutes ago I was clearning up my profile settings and closing old jobs.
While doing so I had two profiles setup under one account i.e.
1) Freelancer account
2) Client account
Actually I created Client account by mistake and it was not required. So I went into the Client account and closed this account with reason that 'account was not required'.
But suddenly it has closed my freelancer account as well altogether. I have a 5 year old profile with 100% rating and 18 successful jobs. So I need to have my account recovered asap.
Please assist me in this regard.
I can share my profile link and username with the concerned person.
