Account Settings stuck

I'm stuck on the password security page and can't get off it at all. It won't let me fix any other settings and I don't want to enable the two step security option but again, it will not allow me to access another page till I take care of it. But I'm not going to use that page so please help me figure this out. I've only been on UpWork for a couple days. I also use Google to log in. Isn't that enough?
