Account Suspended Immediately After Submission

My Upwork account was immediately suspended after I completed all fields and submitted for approval. I received an email saying it was for "identity based infractions." I'm not sure how I could violate my own identity minutes after submitting for a new account. I would like to resolve this ASAP.
