I cant find the link for id verification on that account. can you send me a verification prompt link on that account or how to manually do id verification? i will be then providing necessary information on that account.

Hi I have a similar issue. I am seeing a message on my profile which says that 'Financial Transactions for Bilal Yousaf are limited' it appears that my account was suspended. My account is suspended bc my credit card was stolen so I turned it off. I have added both direct bank transfer and Paypal payment options but just get "crickets" from Upwork.
I hire often from UW and expect some response when two projects are currently on hold bc of this situation.
Someone needs to review my account and turn it on today.
BTW why hide the link to opening a ticket? Why make this so hard?
