Account Suspended

Hi, so I know it s been a while since my last login, but I have no clue why my account is suspended, is it for long inactivity or some other reason, and in both case what can I do to get my account working again ? Thank you in advance.

Hi I have been working with Upwork since June 2019, however in late December 2020 to February 2021, COVID and other extreme hurdles hampered a project I was working on. My account was suspended in February 2021. I am finally now able to begin work again, but I cant find a way to unsuspend my account. When I click on the "contact customer support" link it just sends me to the "Find a solution fast" page, and there is no contact information or direction on what to do. Can you please help?

I don’t have a ticket number or dispute number it just shows contact
customer support but there is no way to do so from my end. I’ve attached a

Again ma’am there is no information in my inbox or in my “messages” in my
Upwork account about how to un-suspend my account, and no “open dispute “
either. Please give me a step by step instruction on where you want me to
look, because I have been everywhere. I’ve asked two of your moderators
repeatedly as well, all day today and once yesterday.

Joanne what do you mean “your inbox for the email with the title "Dispute Notification".”-
#1 My personal email I use for this account?
#2 The “messages” area in Upwork?
#3 Some other place?
None of these had any message regarding help for reactivating my account, until after my last message to you when I finally got through to a “chatbot” named “Data” and was able to file a ticket. Which by the way I was never directed to do. Maybe it’s because my account is “suspended” that you and the other moderators are seeing something different then what I see. But it wasn’t until about 2hrs ago ticket Id#31928420 finally was seen on my end (in which I initiated through the chatbot) regarding my request. Please feel free to send me a screen shot or directions/instructions or details about what you were seeing prior, and what I should do now.

During this contract Upwork suspanded my Account. I did't do any violation of UPwork Terms and conditons. Please sir i need help Waitig for you response.

Can anyone help me with my account. I created this account a while ago and now when I tried to use it after a break, it is suspended. Things are pretty bad due to covid and this is the only medium to earn something for my family. Kindly help me in getting this resolved as soon as possible.

I recieved email from upwork regards account susspention and it because of (ID and Visual) verification.

Now i have completed that and even verification is successfull from upwork side but my account still showing as suspended can you help on this?
