First off folks. What a terrible way to get some help. This has been one of the worse ways to contact customer service I have ever had to deal with. Sort it out!
Second, my account has been suspened for no reason. Im trying to contact a freelance on this and I cant do anything, just like I cant have a normal email or chat to someone on the this service. Can anyone please help!

1. What happened on your account prior to it being suspended?
2. What method did you use to contact Customer Service?
3. Did you read the TOS after the suspension to ensure that it wasn't breached?
