Account Suspension on getting my first order

Hi.

I hope you all are doing good. I need to ask that I got my first order yesterday and after my order started I got alert to verify my identity and I clicked on identity verification link > get started but it shows me an error that "You cannot verify your identity  because of account suspension" as I don't know what is the reason of my suspension. Could you please help me to fix this issue so I am able to continue work here on upwork.

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists?

Thanks for your response. Yes, it is working fine now using another browser. I think it is fixed!!!

I have checked again but showing me the same error today on another browser. Even I completed my first order on upwork today.

I'm sorry to hear that. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies on that browser to see if it helps so you can complete your verification?
