Account approval takes very long

I have created my account two weeks ago and it still isn't approved yet. Can I do anything or do I just have to wait?

Hi Felix,

Since you`re an exclusive member of the agency you can work only on projects under the agency. If you would like to work as an independent freelancer the agency owner will need to change your status to non-exclusive member.

Once your status is changed and your application is accepted, you will be able to work as a freelancer and on projects under the agency. Thank you.
