Account is still suspended

Hello Upwork Team. Upwork asked me to verify my ID. so I sent my detailed document to upworkand completed the video call. I received successful message for my ID verification but I cannot apply to job and my account still suspended. I think there is something wrong. Please hope to check and fix this issue on my account.
