Account locked-out with Google prefills (sign-in)

I authorized an email change to my domain name but now I can’t log into my account AT ALL because Google interferes.

I saw on your community website that people fix it by going to the Upwork settings & clicking on “DISCONNECT” on Google sign-in option. But I can’t do it because I simply can’t sign in.

Please help me as well.

I signed up with my google email, as my normal work email and now when I try to log in it tells me to use google. When I try to use google to log in, it tells me that this account doesn't use google log in. 

I can't log in so I created another account, please help fast I have to talk to a client.
