Account on Hold

Hello, can anyone tell me what to do.
I have verified my account and was given an identity badge. Last week i was told to do a location / sms verification after which my account would be restored automatically, which i did
I was sent again the same message today, i was still in the same location that was on my account, still finding out why i was sent the same message again.

I tried clicking on the link to verify phone number again but i was taken to job feed page instead of phone verification page, maybe because i have already done my phone number verification.

I contacted customer support to get a reply, i am still yet to get a reply.
