Account suspended by mistake? Helping a friend.

Hi, (helping a friend here)

 

so my friend just finished his interview to upwork via videcall and he passed. but suddenly just now his account was suspended for unsuspicous reason. can somebody please help?

 

his currently doing his job now but account suspended. 

he said his account was mistaken suspended because he just recently passed the verficiation survey.

The only way your friend may find out an answer is to get in contact with Upwork using their live chat or their phone number. Did your friend have a previous account with Upwork or has he been sharing his account with others? That's the only reason why I could see his account getting suspended straight after a video verification.

No he did not have previous account with Upwork and he has not been sharing his account with others.

 

He will prove his identity again if needed and said he contacted upwork support but no feedback.
