Account suspended due to my location in a Sanctioned Country

Dear Team,My account was suspended due to my previous location which was Sudan and I received an email from you saying because it is a sanctioned country I will not be able to access again but as soon as I am relocated to another country, the I can Access normally however now I am at the UAE as a resident and I still get your account is suspended, Please Kindly check and rectify the issue
