Account suspended within 15 minutes of creation

Please assist with the following issue.

In good faith I have created my first freelancer profile on Upwork. The below email has been received within 15 minutes of the email address verification process:

Great effort and care has gone into building my profile. The above email doesn't reference the violation in question. I have been through Upwork's Terms of Service, but still unable to understand what violation the registration process has caused.

Would you please be so kind as to clarify the violation and advise on the steps required to activate the account.
