Account suspension and Financial transactions

Hi,upwork

 

I started my account about a month ago.Till now, I have been having problems with my account.Sometimes,I was warned that my Financial transactions was limited.Sometimes,it said that my account was suspended.I don't understand at all because I haven't violated any regulation nor do I received any EMAIL and notification about why my account is suspended and how to solve it.

 

In addition,as far as i know, my billing methods should fine for I have checked the billing agreement with upwork in my PayPal and my credit card has sufficient funds.So why my Financial transactions was limited.

 

Hope you can help me solve this.
